Waltz for Julia - Music in Standard Notation Now Available! This music notation was inspired by the song from John's "Feel's Like Home" CD. It represents the live performance version that has evolved since the original recording and is not a note-for-note transcription of the song on the CD. Click here to listen to the original recording of "Waltz for Julia." Julia was a radio station news and public affairs director for the community college in Panama City, Florida. John met her while attending the college as a freshman broadcast journalism major. They began work together at the station and discovered a common interest in entertaining and took advantage of performance opportunities in the area. They played in various bands for over a decade until John moved to Texas in the late eighties. Julia became a high school choir director and has her own chorale that travels internationally - they have many fond memories of their days as a duo.
